Tenancies established in the period between July 1st 2019 to 30 , June 20,21

  • The insulation of the ceiling and underfloor is mandatory for all Timberlea and New Zealand rental houses where it’s reasonably practicable to install.
  • A Healthy Homes Intent to Comply Statement An Insulation Statement as well as an Insurance Statement should be included with any renewed, new or modified tenancy agreement.
