Fines for Failing to Comply

Tenancies signed from 1 July 2019 and 30 , June 20,21

  • Underfloor and ceiling insulation is compulsory to all Grenada Village and New Zealand rental homes where it is reasonably practicable to install.
  • A Healthy Homes Declaration of Intent An Insulation Statement as well as an Insurance Statement should be included in any new, renewed or varied tenancy agreement.
